2023 Scholarship Winner - Brielle Soto, Class of 2024 Lincoln High School — For her poem ‘Before the Golden Hour’
Cowpoke Foundation Scholarship Eligibility
- High school junior or senior in the Placer Union High School District, Roseville Joint Union High School District, Rocklin or Western Placer Unified School District. 
- Have an interest in the future study of Agriculture, Art, Drama/Performing Arts, English or Vocational Training. 
- Plan to attend an accredited two or four-year college or university or accredited trade or vocational school. 
Required Application Materials
- Complete the application form. 
- Write an introduction letter demonstrating interest in skills associated with the American West. 
- Preference is given to welding, saddle making/leather work, silversmithing, fire or public service, veterinarian education, and associated fields. 
- Students can submit through Google Forms here. 
Application Deadline
- All materials must be received by the Cowpoke Foundation by June 30th each year. 
- Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
